DELIVERY
Once your order has been placed a Pink Cherry representative will contact you within 24 hours for delivery information. There is a surcharge added at checkout to cover this cost if amount does not exceed the $50 limit. There is absolutely no try on of clothing at delivery so be sure to check size chart before final purchase. There is an option for pickup that allows try on before purchase.
There will NOT be delivery able if you fail to answer representative about location. If you wish to receive your order after fail attempts you will be responsible for pick up.
Order are cancelled after 48 hours of fail attempts.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
All information is kept confidential so no worries about name, telephone number, or directions being shared with no other person or company.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
There is no refund or exchange on purchased items. The only exception is if goods are damaged or factory faulty. All sales are FINAL.
